TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
DELIVER/COLLECTING: If you collect before 10am you will not be charged for that day. NOTE, this does not apply on Bank
Holidays, Christmas and New Year
If you wish to come early and require the chalet to be vacant on your arrival, please book the chalet an extra day
at the start of your reservation.
Discount cannot be given, if you return before the date of collection.
If you cannot collect your cat/s yourself, please ensure that the person you send will be able to handle your cat/s.
IN AN EMERGENCY YOU CAN COLLECT OR DELIVER OUTSIDE OF OUR NORMAL HOURS by arrangement, there is a £30 surcharge for this service.
MEDICATION: Cats will not be accepted who are on medication for life threatening illnesses or have
been diagnosed with infectious diseases. We will give tablets for basic treatment, if they can be crushed
and put into the food. All non-specific treatments will be administered if required to an accommodating cat.
A charge of £1.00 a day is made for this service.
ELDERLY/DISABLED CATS: We reserve the right to refuse a cat, if they are very old/frail or ill. (A
boarding cattery is primarily for looking after healthy cats). Please care and consider your cat/s welfare.
We are not qualified or do we charge veterinary prices for looking after cats that need specialised nursing.
TOP CAT HOTEL WILL ACCEPT NO FOR LOSS, INJURY OR ILLNESS WHICH MAY DEVELOP WHILST A CAT IS IN THE CATTERY.
IF WE SUSPECT A CAT IS ILL WE WILL SEEK VETERINARY ADVISE AND CARE. THE OWNER WILL PAY ANY ASSOCIATED
VETERINARY ACCOUNT IN FULL. IF YOUR CAT WAS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF ILLNESS AND WE HAVE TO VISIT A VET, WE
CHARGE A MINIMUM OF £25.00 FOR VISITING THE VETS TO COVER OUR COSTS OF PETROL,TIME AND PHONE CALLS.
WINTER BOARDING: In the winter all the chalets are heated, from the 1st of October.
There is an extra charge, which is added to the daily rate. If you would like the heating on or a heated
blanket for your cat at other times of the year, we will be happy to oblige.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS YEAR 2012 WE ARE OPEN IN MARCH.
OPENING TIMES: for visiting, collection and delivery. We pride ourselves that we are a small caring
cattery, putting the cats welfare before profit, therefore we do not open all day. Our clients have told us
that it was one of the reasons that they like their cats to stay with us. Many cats are very nervous of
strangers. People continually coming and going all day does upset the cats. We find that our opening time of
mornings only helps the cats to settle quietly. It is very calm here in the afternoons, where the cats can
relax, in Peace and Tranquillity.
